Foundation & Proof of Concept

From April 2025 to June 2026 we focused on establishing the thematic and creative foundation for our identity‑driven work. During this phase we published books that explore the core psychological and identity‑related topics that later become essential for the product’s development. Through these publications and the content created around them, we observed how people respond to themes of clarity, self‑understanding, and personal transformation. For us, it was a period of exploration, resonance testing, and refinement that validated the relevance of our direction and set the stage for the larger research project that follows. This foundational work established the thematic depth, audience insight, and strategic clarity needed for long‑term impact. Although this phase appears compact in its execution, it is built on more than three decades of preparation, lived experience, and continuous refinement of the ideas that now shape our work.

US Research Journey

This project is part of an Innosuisse‑supported pre‑study conducted in collaboration with the Lucerne School of Business (HSLU). From September 3 to November 8, 2026, we will travel across the United States, visiting approximately 20–30 cities to conduct qualitative interviews, observe contextual identity patterns, and engage with diverse audiences at major creator and entrepreneurship events. The goal of this phase is to explore how identity, environment, and decision‑making interact across different cultural and situational contexts — forming the empirical foundation for a new context‑sensitive assessment system.

Start of Product Development

Following the US Research Journey, the period from November 2026 to early 2027 is dedicated to analyzing the collected qualitative data, conducting scientific evaluations, and synthesizing identity‑ and context‑related patterns.

Beginning in Q2 2027, these insights will be translated into the first prototypes of the context‑sensitive, identity‑based, and use‑case‑agnostic assessment framework. This phase focuses on conceptual modeling, early UX structures, and the integration of cross‑context patterns into a functional diagnostic tool designed to adapt across different life situations.

Europe Research Tour

From June to September 2027, a multi‑country research tour across Europe will gather additional qualitative data to validate cross‑cultural identity patterns and contextual influences. The planned route begins in Switzerland and continues through Western, Northern, and Eastern Europe — including France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Austria, and back to Switzerland. The exact route may evolve based on research opportunities, event schedules, and emerging insights. This phase expands the dataset beyond the US and strengthens the international applicability of the assessment system.

Pilotphase & International Scaling

From Q4 2027, the first functional version of the context‑sensitive assessment system will be introduced in real‑world environments through pilot projects in education, coaching, and professional transition settings. These pilots provide early insights into user interaction, contextual identity patterns, and decision‑making dynamics, enabling refinement of the diagnostic model, UX structures, and adaptive logic.

Starting mid‑2028, the project enters an international scaling phase. Partnerships with educational institutions, labor‑market organizations, coaching networks, and mental‑health stakeholders will support broader implementation. This phase establishes the system as an accessible, scientifically grounded guidance tool designed to strengthen identity clarity, improve decision‑making, and enhance societal stability across diverse cultural contexts.
